High Pressure Aluminum Die Casting
We have die cast machines sized from 500 to 900 tons and can produce parts that range in max. measurements of 15” x 15”. Our client base includes companies in Mexico and the USA.
Powder Coating
With 5 stage pre treatment with RO water, automated spray guns & powder reclaim system, we take quality to the next level . We also have 3 liquid paint spray booths.
Paint Stripping
Our paint stripping process includes five chemical stations, automatic controls, vapor extraction, and stainless steel construction, alongside a 3-ton crane in a secure, epoxy-coated room.
